Bill is a business professional with deep experience in sales, marketing, and general business leadership. His career which saw him represent three of the world’s top ten most valued brand names, (Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, and Samsung), has been primarily centered in leading businesses and leading key strategic partnerships in the food & consumer goods industries. In more recent years, Bill expanded his knowledge and experience into the animal agriculture industry. Learning the world of agriculture and having the opportunity to support the wonderful hard-working people who feed us all, has been inspiring and fulfilling for Bill. While serving for Elanco Animal Health, he engaged both food industry thought leaders and leading producers of food animals, across all species, gaining expertise and helping shape policy in areas of animal health, animal welfare, and sustainability both domestically and globally. Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and earned an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Illinois. Bill is an esteemed speaker in the animal agriculture industry bringing key perspectives on consumers and on positive marketing of animal proteins from his years in marketing food and beverage products. Through his work, Bill has a solid understanding of the animal nutrition industry as well as numerous high-level contacts, which, when combined with his years of business experience and team leadership, enable him to lead and chart a sound strategic course for Optum Immunity. Bill is excited, to continue serving in animal agriculture, to support those who produce our food, to help bring Dr. Mark Cook’s vision in Cosabody to life in the animal nutrition market, to advance animal health and sustainability, all to assure, the provision of safe, abundant, affordable, nutritious, and sustainable animal proteins for every child, in every remote corner of our world.
